We are excited to share that we have been selected as one of 6 regional experts to participate in developing the Low-Rise Housing Design Catalogue, led by LGA architectural Partners, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada. It is a privilege to be representing Quebec in this effort to deliver standardized, affordable housing designs to the country.

The 5 other teams of regional experts for this project include: LGA Architectural Partners (leading project and designing for Ontario), Dub Architects (Alberta), 5468796 Architecture (Prairies), Abbott Brown Architects (Atlantic), Taylor Architecture Group (North). Michael Green Architecture (MGA), will deliver designs for the British Columbia region.

This iteration of the catalogue will feature conceptual designs followed by permit-ready design packages for rowhouses, four-plexes, six-plexes, and accessory dwelling units.
